Mr. Reeve has a background of nearly 20 years as a gold mining analyst with a number of investment dealers, most recently with Scotia Capital. He is well known for his authoritative and detailed global reviews of gold producer hedging trends which put him at the forefront of that particular field. In 2002, he founded Haliburton Mineral Services Inc. in Toronto where he continues to act as an independent researcher and consultant. Mr. Reeve holds a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Geology from Carleton University Carleton University, at Ottawa, Ont., Canada; nonsectarian; coeducational; founded 1942 as Carleton College. It achieved university status in 1957. It has faculties of arts, social sciences, science, engineering, and graduate studies, as well as the Centre for and the University of Wisconsin respectively, and a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Toronto Research at the University of Toronto has been responsible for the world's first electronic heart pacemaker, artificial larynx, single-lung transplant, nerve transplant, artificial pancreas, chemical laser, G-suit, the first practical electron microscope, the first cloning of T-cells, . He further holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. He holds corporate directorships in two public companies involved with exploration and development in Africa. Alamos Gold is constructing an open pit, heap leach gold mine at its fully permitted, 100% owned Mulatos deposit in Sonora, Mexico. The Mulatos deposit contains over 3.0 million ounces of gold in the measured and indicated category at a cutoff of 0.6 grams per tonne. Phase I mining will focus on the Estrella pit, which contains over 1.4 million ounces of recoverable gold.
