Alamogordo Financial Corp. Announces Intention to Deregister with Securities and Exchange Commission.


ALAMOGORDO, N.M. -- Alamogordo Financial Corp. (OTCBB OTCBB

:ALMG ALMG Academia de Lenguas Mayas de Guatemala (Academy of Mayan Languages of Guatemala) ) announced today that its board of directors has approved the termination of the company's common stock registration under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.

The obligation of the company to file periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"), including reports on Forms 10-KSB, 10-QSB and 8-K, will cease upon filing of the Form 15. Once the Form 15 is effective, which is expected to be within 90 days of filing, the obligations of the company to file proxy statements Proxy Statement
