Alameda County Medical Center Names Claude Watts, Jr. Chief Executive Officer.

 Claude Watts, Jr. will assume the role of chief executive officer.

Cambio Health Solutions will provide a replacement for Watts as chief operating officer. The transition of responsibilities between Burroughs and Watts will begin immediately and be completed by November 15.

The Board also said that the recruitment process for the selection of a permanent CEO will be initiated very soon, with the goal of having that person in place prior to the departure of Cambio Health Solutions in August 2005.
