Aladdin Knowledge Systems Aladdin Knowledge Systems NASDAQ: ALDN is a company that provides solutions for software digital rights management and Internet security since 1985. Its corporate headquarters are located in Tel Aviv, Israel.  (Nasdaq:ALDN), a global leader in the field of Internet content and software security, today launched a new, comprehensive technical support website for HASP, Aladdin's industry leading software security product. Adding Internet customer service along side its Security Portal, Aladdin now enables HASP vendors and end users to get answers to their technical support questions simply by visiting Aladdin's website and knowledge base at http://support.aks.com.

Launched to provide customers with service 24 hours a day, the new site's technical support knowledge base offers an extensive database of TechNotes, each containing a problem, its cause and the solution. Utilizing search pages, customers can now quickly find a specific TechNote to resolve common problems that have been posted by either Aladdin or another customer. With Aladdin's recent launch of HASP4, the knowledge base serves as a resource for new, as well as long-time users. This service, coupled with the HASP4 product itself, demonstrates Aladdin's continued commitment to the software security market.

In addition to the knowledge base, the support site offers three other sections. "Quick Start Guides" helps new users get acquainted with HASP, while the "Download Pages" and "Technical FAQs" sections enable more advanced users to obtain the latest versions of software and answers to frequently asked questions.

"Aladdin's new HASP support site, especially its knowledge base, provides invaluable, continually updated customer service around the world," Yehuda Fulda, Director of Aladdin's International Customer Service, said. "The combination of beginner's information, updates, TechNotes and troubleshooting makes this site a constant source for information a HASP customer can refer back to again and again."

The new technical support site is completely free, requiring only vendors to login Signing in and gaining access to a network server, Web server or other computer system. The process (the noun) is a "login" or "logon," while the act of doing it (the verb) is to "log in" or to "log on.  before accessing the Knowledge Base. Later this year, the addition of online support for Aladdin's Privilege and eToken products is scheduled to further enhance customer service by including an auto-update page and additional FAQs.
