Alacritus Software, the innovator in disk-based data protection solutions, today announced the addition of new strategic customers for its industry-leading Securitus VTLA VTLA Virginia Trial Lawyers Association  solution, each a worldwide leader in its respective field. The new customer roster includes NTT DoCoMo (NTT Mobile Communications Network, Inc., Japan) Founded in 1991, NTT DoCoMo is a spinoff of Japan's NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation) which provides wireless services, including cellular, paging, satellite and maritime and in-flight telephone services.  Kyushu and NS Solutions, as well as more than a dozen other Global 2000-type accounts. This brings to almost 200 the number of Securitus installations at nearly one hundred corporate sites sold directly by Nissho Electronics Corporation.

Improvements in performance typically exceed 10X over customers' current data protection schemas.

"Adding a VTLA with Securitus software to emulate tape libraries is essential for those organizations that want to improve the reliability, flexibility, and manageability of the data protection process with respect to their tape automation solutions," said David Hill David Hill may refer to one of a number of people with this name:
