Up to 1,300,000 shares of the common stock are being sold at $10.00 per share in an underwritten offering co-managed by J.C. Bradford & Co. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. Of the total offering, 1,000,000 shares are being sold by Alabama National and 300,000 shares are being sold by certain selling stockholders. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the shares by Alabama National is being used to repay existing indebtedness.
