Alabama National BanCorporation Announces Dividend.


BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 1998--Alabama National BanCorporation (NASDAQ/NM: ALAB ALAB Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board ) today reported that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share payable to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 1998. The dividend, which will be paid on July 3, 1998, represents an annual dividend rate of $0.60.
