AlaTenn Resources, Inc. declares regular quarterly dividend.
FLORENCE, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 1995--The Board of Directors
of AlaTenn Resources, Inc. announced that it has declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of $.30 (thirty cents) per share.
The dividend will be paid Dec. 1, 1995 to shareholders of record on
Nov. 15, 1995.
AlaTenn Resources, Inc. is a diversified holding company. The
Company's energy subsidiaries transport and market natural gas for
customers in the Tennessee Valley region. Through Ryder International
