Al-Nakba Film Wins Audience Award at International Euro-Arab Film Festival AMAL in Spain.


West Bank, (SANA) -- Al-Nakba (The Catastrophe Catastrophe, from the Greek Καταστροφή (katastrephein), literally means "to turn" (strephein) "downwards" (kata-).  ) film has won the audience award during the 9th International Euro-Arab Film Festival AMAL in Spain. The film is directed by Rawan al-Damen and produced by al-Jazeera TV. It was among 36 films screened from 11 Arab and European countries. Palestinian News Agency said that this is the second award this film wins.
