The topic of the course was carefully chosen by Professor Dr Saad Mohamed Othman; Major Khalid Mohamed Al Shamsi, Manager of Strategic Planning Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people.  and Administration at DNRD; and First Lieutenant Khalil Mohamed Ibrahim, Head of Human Resources The fancy word for "people." The human resources department within an organization, years ago known as the "personnel department," manages the administrative aspects of the employees.  Department at DNRD keeping in view the needs of the organisation.Dr Abdurahem Mohammed Al Ameen, President AGU, said: "We are glad to hold a successful training course at the university and are ready to facilitate the employees of federal and local government sector to promote the federal government's strategy as many other ministries and governments departments are doing too. Thus the university has to play a major role in developing, enhancing and executing these plans." Professor Dr Saad Mohamed Othman was delighted to hold the course for a distinguished group of DNRD.
