Al Aguirre Joins Tradeum as Chief Financial Officer; Tradeum Continues to Build Senior Management Team by Adding Finance Expertise.

Tradeum, a leading innovator in building and hosting digital marketplaces, today announced the appointment of Mr. Al Aguirre as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Aguirre adds extensive finance, operating and investment experience to Tradeum's management.

Mr. Aguirre was previously a Managing Director for E.M. Warburg Pincus &Co., LLC, where he was responsible for generating deal flow, executing investments and providing strategic guidance to the firm's existing portfolio companies in Latin America. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Aguirre served as the Chief Financial Officer for a Warburg Pincus portfolio company, where he directed it through a successful IPO and subsequent debt financing raising almost $200 million. In this capacity, he was responsible for all finance, strategic planning, reporting and investor relations functions of the company.
