       neoIT and CMP's Managing Offshore Publication

       In this first study created to rank offshore BPO and IT
       suppliers, Managing Offshore and neoIT sought to identify
       categories of competencies with a goal of setting supplier
       benchmarks. At the same time, the goal was to create the
       first-ever forum to recognize the leading and emerging offshore
       suppliers. The list included a variety of organizations
       including IT services firms, infrastructure service providers,
       BPO providers and call center firms selected based on
       leadership, innovation, operational capabilities and human
       resources policies. Leading suppliers such as Accenture,
       Infosys, Wipro and GE Capital, EDS and Bearing Point made the
       list.

    2. Ranked No. 3 Best Business Process Outsourcing Employer by
