Effective immediately, Pope joins a team of 21 auditors AUDITORS, practice. Persons lawfully appointed to examine and digest accounts referred to them, take down the evidence in writing, which may be lawfully offered in relation to such accounts, and prepare materials on which a decree or judgment may be made; and to report the whole, together  qualified to conduct SCC audits as well as audit preparation assessments and consulting. In addition to performing the two- to three-day on-site audit for certification, an HDI SCC auditor may guide companies through the certification process from the initial self-evaluation onto the assessment and audit preparation. To achieve HDI Support Center Certification, organizations are evaluated in eight core areas comprised of enabling factors (leadership, policy and strategy, people management, resources, and process and procedure) and results (people satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and performance results). Weighted scoring determines the overall effectiveness and success of the support organization.
