Airtech Signs Contract With W&B for North America.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 2001

Airtech International Group, Inc. (OTCBB:AIRG) announced today the Company has signed a three year, multi-million dollar contract with Dallas, Texas, based W&B Service Company Inc., (www.wbservice.com) for exclusive national distribution of its commercial and auto air purification products for United States and Canada. W&B will showcase several of the Airtech products at the upcoming 33rd Annual Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Conference in Las Vegas, NV, February 26th - March 1st, 2001. This Agreement will compliment the Airsopure franchise network.

W&B was founded in 1947, and is nationally recognized for providing temperature control and cooling to the transportation and mechanical contractors industry. W&B has a national distribution network of over 5,000 active mechanical contractors plus eleven service centers in the southwest, and several subsidiaries including; Airpro a national Truck and Automotive A/C Distributor, (www.airproacparts.com) and Owens an equipment supplier to mechanical contractors throughout the USA (www.owenshermetics.com). Some of their clients include; Carrier, Kidron, Steco, Wabash, Vilter, and Nabors Trailers. W&B's combined sales for FYE 2000 exceeded $75,000,000 in revenue.
