Airtech Signs $6MM Distribution Agreement With Southern Therapy.

Airtech International Group, Inc. (OTCBB:AIRG) announced today it signed a $6,000,000 three year Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Southern Therapy Inc, (STI) an Austin, Texas based Home Medical Equipment Provider. This Agreement is for the sale of the Airsopure Model S-950 Portable Air Sterilization system to the Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) market in the USA.

Southern Therapy CEO Calvin Cole said, "STI has established multiple avenues of distribution for the sale of the Airsopure Portable Sterilizer. We have had tremendous results from full-page Ads in HME News (the largest Health Care Publication) and begun negotiations with the nation's largest respiratory care dealers along with a number of national private insurance providers for large block sales. Our sales estimates are very aggressive and we hope to sell thousands of units in our first year of sales. This is a great opportunity for STI, and other HME's and DME's that are looking to specialize in providing technology to patients suffering from chronic upper respiratory problems."

Comu commented on the 11.02.00 Announcement of the purchase of STI, "Airtech and Southern Therapy agreed to a Stock Purchase Agreement, due to a drop in our stock price, the purchase price increased by 300% and certain proposed financial restructurings were not completed, therefore the Board does not feel it is in the best interest of its stockholders to proceed. The Company is willing to re-consider this transaction at a future date based on an increase in the price of its stock and an improvement in the equity/debt ratio of STI."
