Airtech Reports Strong Start for FYE 2001.

Airtech International Group, Inc., (OTCBB:AIRG) announced today the Company has begun Fiscal Year 2001, commencing June 1, 2000 with a strong operational start. Airtech would like to state that much of its previously reported purchase orders are being fulfilled in FYE 2001 due to production and purchase shipping schedules.

Airtech CEO, C.J. Comu commented, "The Company is off to a dynamic new fiscal year. Our Franchise Division, Airsopure Inc., under the leadership of Scott White is on target to open 100 stores this year. This month, Airsopure opened stores in Memphis TN, Kansas City MO, and Las Vegas NV. Scott White reported sales of the first 1000 Airsopure Model S-950 Portable Air Sterilization units and requested production to get in gear to build another 2000." In addition to its US expansion, Airtech's recent shipment of another marine container of its air purification products to Spain spurned a group from Greece to fly in and request the franchise for that country. Airsopure expects to add numerous International franchisees this year.

Airtech's recent visit to the Peoples Republic of China produced very impressive results. Airtech franchisee, Mr. L. Xu was instrumental in securing meetings with key business executives, the largest Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Manufacturer in China, and (a publicly traded, multi billion dollar) Real Estate Development Company, as well as Citicorp of Hong Kong, and senior members of the Government of China Department of Trade. Follow up meetings and further discussion with several groups from Hong Kong and Beijing will continue this month. Airtech is evaluating several options on its move and expansion into the Pacific Rim market, announcements and updates to follow.

Airtech is a premiere exhibitor in the Dallas Texas-Southwestern Graphics 2000 Show, (one of the largest printing industry trade shows in the United States) from June 22nd thru 24th. Airtech is featured in the June, 2000 edition of PrintMart Magazine, (approximately 100,000 distribution) with a hyperlink to Airtech's web site (www.airtechgroup.com). Airtech will feature its "non-ozone" technology as a solution to the growing Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) problems of toxic chemicals and gases found in the Print Shop workplace. This is the first major Print Show appearance for Airtech and another lucrative and untapped market for the Company to sell its unique products to.

Airtech C.O.O., R. John Harris recently made a keynote address to the B.C. Workman's Compensation Board (WCB) to clarify the technology provided by Airtech, as a tested solution to the tobacco smoking problems in the Province of British Columbia. As the smoking debate continues, Airtech is pursuing numerous non-tobacco related opportunities within the healthcare, educational, and science community and has entered into Agreements with Vancouver, B.C., Thedore Sterling Associates Inc., (25 year-International IAQ Experts) for strategic distribution plans of the Airtech product line in Canada.

Airtech reports the final completion and production of the Airtech Model S-30 `in line' ducted home air purification system. The S-30 is the only known `in line' system capable of treating the indoor air quality of a home, through the use of a multiple stage filtration process. Incorporating, Media, Ultra Violet and Photo Catalytic Oxidation to destroy gases, volatile organic compounds and most fungi, bacteria, viruses, mold, ragweed and other allergens found in many homes.
