Airtech Increases International Sales and Announces New HVAC Dealer.

Airtech International Group, Inc. (OTCBB:AIRG) announced the Company has shipped two marine containers full of Airtech air purification products to both the country of Panama and Taiwan.

These orders represent an ongoing increase of the international sales and distribution of Airtech air purification/sterilization systems.

Airsopure China (Aurora Technologies, Inc.) Director of Marketing, Keith Pan stated, "I will be responsible for all distribution and sales efforts for this region. Things are heating up with sales and expansion is faster than projected. Airsopure China will add new distributors in Hong Kong, as well as expand into, Malaysia and the Philippines in the next 60-120 days. A showroom and retail store is now under construction in Taipei and set for a grand opening in July. Airtech Director of International Operations, John Potter will be present for the 'ribbon cutting ceremony' with the Mayor of Taipei. During the visit Mr. Potter will also participate in meetings with government officials in Hong Kong pertaining to air quality issues in government buildings. A distribution center has been opened in Shanghai (in the duty free zone) to handle Airsopure product inventory and shipping throughout the region. In order to support expanding sales two additional marine containers have been ordered. "We cannot allow a product shortage," stated Mr. Pan. "Our marketing plan requires that the distribution centers maintain a minimum of thirty day inventory at all times". Sales forecasts for 2001 are estimated at USD $2,200,000

Airsopure Panama (Airepuro S.A.) General Manger, Marcelo D'Amato reported, "The City of Panama recently passed a new strict smoking law which has accepted the Airtech technology as an alternative to the non-smoking ban. This is a major accomplishment for Airepuro and Airtech. We are utilizing this break-through to gain recognition and position Airtech's product line as a solution to individuals suffering from respiratory related problems." This is the second Marine Container being shipped to Panama, to fulfill their sales forecasts for calendar 2001 of USD $750,000.

Airtech's North American Distributor, W&B's division Owens, announced the addition of County Wide AC of San Antonio, Texas, as a new Distributor. County Wide was started in 1960 by Richard Neil and is the largest air conditioning service Company in San Antonio. According to James Kelpatrick, Director of Sales for Country Wide, "The compliment of the new Titan III in-duct air sterilization unit will be a great addition to our service business. County Wide spends approximately $1,000,000 on advertising annually and is very excited about introducing this new and exciting technology." In addition to their service, replacement filter & parts business, the company also offers air duct cleaning. County Wide has 72 employees.
