In a related move, Airtech hired Dale Dillard, President of Absolute Air and Windy City Air as Airtech's new Vice President of Commercial Sales. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

Mr. Dillard received his degree in Business Administration from Oakland University, prior to starting his professional career with Filter Queen Products of Livonia, MI. In 1985 he founded Absolute Air Industries and became the number one Honeywell Commercial Air Distributor in 1997. Mr. Dillard also founded Windy City Air the same year to expand his distribution. He is a member of the Michigan and Illinois Restaurant Association, and the Michigan and Illinois Licensed Beverage Association. Mr. Dillard has been married for 24 years, has three children and was a former Coach of High School Basketball and Football.
