), has selected Airspan's wireless DSL systems for use in selected emerging markets around the world.

In June 2000, Titan Wireless acquired a majority interest in Ivoire Telecom, a provider of voice and data transmission services to the corporate market in several West African countries through Ivoire Telecom's local Afripa subsidiary companies. Airspan will be deploying its wireless DSL systems for Ivoire's customers in three West African countries.
