, Waupaca, Juneau, Adams, Waushara, Marquette and Green Lake in Wisconsin. CWCI will initially provide data broadband services to its customers in these markets. By June 1, 2005 it expects to add voice over IP (VoIP) services to the network.

"We are offering broadband data services today over our existing WipLL 700 MHz network. With this new equipment, we are rapidly building out the rest of our network in each one of the counties to provide service within the next 18 months," stated Jamey Lynse, WCTC Director of Operations. "We chose the WipLL platform because it allows us to offer high quality service in both VoIP and broadband data to our customers. We believe that the coverage and service performance of WipLL is the best option available for both the 700 MHz licenses that we own and in the unlicensed bands."

"We continue to work with rural telephone companies like CWCI to deploy Airspan's WipLL network products. They buy WipLL because it provides a very cost-effective way to increase their service areas for rural broadband access, and allows them to offer voice over IP services. CWCI has a very ambitious deployment plan to close the digital divide in and around its service areas, and in our experience with similar products, WipLL provides the best solution to do this," said Mike Crouch, Regional Sales Manager at Stutler Technologies.

"We are very pleased to work with Stutler Technologies and CWCI to deploy our largest U.S. WipLL 700 MHz network to date, and we are encouraged by the results of our many U.S. deployments," said Dick Lee, General Manager and Vice President of Airspan's North American North American
