Night Flights' opponents received a boost from the House of Lords House of Lords: see Parliament.  as peers rejected government calls to raise the number of 'antisocial' movements at London's busiest airports. Airports Council International added its voice yesterday to the mounting opposition to French President Jacques Chirac's proposal. "This tax simply does not make sense.
