Airline denies buying stake.KUWAIT CITY: Kuwait's Wataniya Airways, which is yet to start operations, yesterday denied a newspaper report that it was interested in buying a stake in loss-making Kuwait Airways Kuwait Airways (Arabic: الخطوط الجوية الكويتية) is the national airline of Kuwait, based in Kuwait City and wholly owned by the Kuwaiti Government.
