Airline cash helps in bid; SOLIHULL.AN airline has its feet firmly on the ground after bosses signed up to a sponsorship deal with Solihull Council. Award-winning bmibaby is one of many businesses in Solihull which has teamed up with the council to sponsor a traffic island. The airline has chosen the Bickenhill Lane roundabout as its sponsorship platform and said it was "extremely happy" with the site. The sponsorship generated helps the council enter the regional Heart of England in Bloom bloom 1. the general appearance of the surface.
