Delta Air Lines

Delta Air Lines, which has been shifting its primary focus to international services as part of its bankruptcy restructuring, yesterday launched weekly New York JFK-Accra flights aboard a 767-300ER, the 14th international route added at JFK this year by Delta, which now operates flights to 34 international destinations from the airport. It pointed out that the new flight makes it the only US major to operate a direct JFK-Africa service. "With 14 new international routes added this year alone, Delta now serves more international destinations from New York than at any time in our history, including nine transatlantic destinations not served on a nonstop basis by any other major US airline," Executive VP-Network Planning and Revenue Management Glen Hauenstein said. DL plans to add nonstop flights next year from JFK to Pisa/Tuscany, Bucharest and St. Thomas. Dec 12, 2006

Midwest Airlines is an American scheduled passenger airline based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, operating from General Mitchell International Airport.

Midwest Connect, Skyway Airlines Skyway Airlines is an American commuter airline based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The airline operates as Midwest Connect for Midwest Airlines, feeding Midwest's hubs at General Mitchell International Airport with 12 32-seat aircraft.  

Midwest Connect upgraded the vast majority of flights on its Skyway Airlines services from Milwaukee to Columbus, Dayton, Appleton and Grand Rapids Grand Rapids, city (1990 pop. 189,126), seat of Kent co., SW central Mich., on the Grand River; inc. 1850. The second largest city in the state, it is a distribution, wholesale, and industrial center for an area that yields fruit, dairy products, farm produce,  to 32-seat Dornier 328JETs.
