Consumers, industries face higher fuel prices. Consumers, airlines, and other industries are facing higher fuel prices this summer. The Air Transport Association noted fuel prices doubled from 2003 and 2005. "[Carriers] cannot raise fares to accommodate the growth in fuel prices for the sheer fact that there are limitations to what a customer will pay for travel," ATA (1) (AT Attachment) The specification for IDE drives.
