The airline announced in December 2005 that, subject to final government approval, flights would commence on 27 March 2006. Preparations for a new service typically need to be in hand well in advance of the launch date. Unfortunately, CX continues to await the completion of regulatory formalities regarding Manchester, which is taking longer than originally anticipated, so the airline has made the decision now to postpone. The airline hopes to launch the service later in the year. The Hong Kong - Moscow code-share, operated by Aeroflot, continues for the time being. http://www.cathaypacific.com February 12, 2006 Cathay Pacific, VLM 1. (architecture) VLM - Very Large Memory. 2.
