It operates a domestic network from Port Moresby and Lae, as well as limited international services. Its main base is Jacksons International Airport, Port Moresby[2]. Papua New Guinea Papua New Guinea (păp` ə, –y has not been all that accessible from the UK and Europe in the past but this is expected to be improved with the introduction of a weekly Air Niugini service from Port Moresby Port Moresby (môrz`bē), town (1990 pop. 193,242), capital of Papua New Guinea, on New Guinea island and on the Gulf of Papua. Rubber, gold, and copra are exported. Port Moresby was founded by Capt. Long haul implies traversing a state or a country.
