SriLankan looks to future as government mulls role. SriLankan Airlines is preparing for possible changes to its ownership structure, with CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Peter Hill said, "In three to six months' time, the government, which holds 51% in SriLankan, will decide how it will go on with the carrier."The airline already is planning its business case for the post-2013 world. One issue on the horizon is fleet renewal. It is evaluating taking on aircraft orders from Emirates, which owns 43% of SriLankan.
