It attributed the load factor drop to "a reduction in demand during August as a result of [the late July TAM A320 crash], reflecting immediate aversion a·ver·sion n. 1. Domestic traffic grew just 0.5% in August as rampant flight delays and "intense press coverage of an accident translated into a reduction in demand."
