Copa Airlines

Copa Airlines flew 373.1 million RPMs in May, up 20.6% from the year-ago month. Capacity rose 18.3% to 495.1 million ASMs, lifting load factor 1.4 points to 75.4%. Jun 19, 2007

LAN Airlines flew 1.73 billion RPKs in May, up 29.9% from the year-ago month. Capacity lifted 24.1% to 2.51 billion ASKs and load factor rose 3 points to 68.7%. Jun 18, 2007

TAM

TAM flew 1.83 billion domestic RPKs in May, up 23.8% from the year-ago month. Capacity climbed 30.9% to 2.64 billion ASKs and load factor fell 4 points to 69.4%. International RPKs were up 102.1% to 931 million against a 117.7% rise in ASKs to 1.36 billion that dropped load factor 5.3 points to 68.6%. Jun 18, 2007

TAP Portugal, PGA Portugalia Airlines

TAP Portugal's Pinto also said the acquisition of PGA Portugalia Airlines officially was completed last Friday. "Finally," he laughed. "It has taken a very long time." Portugalia Director-Operations and Maintenance Luis Lapa was elevated to CEO of the regional carrier. The integration's first phase will see a coordination of the two route networks.
