) today announced that the Board of Directors increased the quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock to $0.12 per share from $0.09. The dividend will be payable March 31, 2008 to shareholders of record as of March 13, 2008.

"Growth in cash flow and earnings over the last two years make it appropriate to substantially increase our dividend," commented Airgas Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
