Airespace, Inc. announced today that Tokyo Law School has chosen the Airespace Wireless Enterprise Platform to deliver Wireless LAN (WLAN) services to students and faculty located in the school's Shibuya campus. The Airespace WLAN will be used to improve communications between teachers and students, while providing anytime/anywhere access to key educational services, including video on demand (VOD) and real-time virtual seminars. The Airespace WLAN system at Tokyo Law School was provided by one of Airespace's strategic partners in Japan, Macnica Networks Company, a division company of Macnica, Inc., and installed by NTT East, a group company within Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp. (NYSE:NTT) focused on delivering regional telecommunications services in the east areas of Japan.
