The modifications will not require structural changes or new testing. The ERJ-170, now at 78 seats, also will be offered with 80. The 86-seat ERJ-175 will be offered with 88 seats, the 108-seat ERJ-190 with 114 and the 118-seat ERJ-195 with 122. "Embraer has identified a growing demand for high-capacity configured con·fig·ure tr.v. con·fig·ured, con·fig·ur·ing, con·fig·ures To design, arrange, set up, or shape with a view to specific applications or uses: E-Jets," VP-Market Intelligence-Airline Market Luiz Sergio Chiessi said. "We are talking mainly about low-cost and Regional carrier applications. For an operator choosing a 114-seat Embraer 190, for instance, the revenue potential can be increased by up to 14% when compared to the standard all-economy, 32-in. pitch, 100-seat configuration."
