First delivery is slated for April 2007, with the 170s comprising the fleet of the new EgyptAir Express EgyptAir Express is a regional airline based in Cairo, Egypt. It was established in 2006 as a regional jet subsidiary of EgyptAir and launched operations on 1st June 2007.[1] History , described by its chairman, Mohamed Hassan, as "a high-profile domestic and Regional airline."
