Airbee Wireless Announces Expansion of Facilities in India and the United States; Airbee Expands its Development Center; Relocates Corporate Offices.

POTOMAC, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2004

Airbee Wireless, Inc. (Other OTC: ABEW), an innovator of intelligent software for wireless communications, today announced a major expansion of the company's development center in Chennai, India, to accelerate its product development activities as a result of increased customer awareness and interest in the company's product offerings.

"Airbee's software-based approach to short-range wireless communication is generating much attention from leading manufacturers in a number of industrial sectors," said Gene Sharer, Airbee's Chief Operating Officer. "As a result, we are adding staff to the center, and we are working with other companies to complete and enhance our research and development efforts. Additionally, the center is now under the direction of Chief Technical Officer Ramanujam Satagopan, who is directly overseeing a series of aggressive development activities."

Airbee also announced a relocation of its corporate headquarters office to 9400 Key West Avenue in Rockville, Maryland, effective May 1. As part of the move, the company will now house all of its key executives in a single location. Added Sharer, "it is time we moved our headquarters into a space large enough and with the appropriate facilities to conduct our growing business."
