Airbee Reports Financial Results for Fiscal 2003.

ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Airbee Wireless, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ABEW), a development stage company and an innovator of intelligent software for wireless voice, data and video communications, reported today that its audited financial results for fiscal 2003 were in line with the Company's expectations.

Airbee President and CEO Raj Sundaresan commented, "Our results reflect those typical of a development stage company. We have been methodically following a highly focused business plan that is positioning the company for rapid product deployment when the ZigBee Alliance releases its standards at the end of July." Mr. Sundaresan went on to say, "Fiscal 2004 is proving to be a pivotal year for Airbee, as we are clearly seeing growing interest from companies that will incorporate the emerging ZigBee standard into a new generation of wireless products and applications with Airbee inside. We are currently involved in a number of significant joint product development initiatives which are exciting and will provide a solid foundation for rapid growth."

The Company reported a net loss of $980,023, or $0.08 per basic and diluted share, for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003. This compares with a loss of $284,857, or $0.03 per basic and diluted share for the four months of operation during fiscal 2002. Loss from operations totaled $568,311 ($0.05 per share) with the balance being related to professional fees associated with the public listing of the company and issuance of shares. Revenues are expected to grow substantially in the near future as the company has focused its engineering resources on developing its ZigBee-compliant product portfolio for readiness when the ZigBee Alliance releases its standards later this month.

The Company also plans to become a fully reporting Company as soon as practical and apply to move from the Pink Sheets to either the OTC Bulletin Board or another exchange in order to elevate Airbee's profile and provide shareholders with more liquidity.
