 Other:ABEW), today announced several management appointments to strengthen the company's position in its target markets for short-range wireless voice and data communications data communications, application of telecommunications technology to the problem of transmitting data, especially to, from, or between computers. He has responsibility for all aspects of development and release of the company's software product suite for short-range wireless voice and data communications.

Mr. Sundaram spent the last 10 years with Covansys Corp. as Managing Director and CEO of Offshore Operations, Board Member of Covansys-India, Covansys-Singapore and Covansys-UK. He had responsibility for an offshore operation that began with approximately 50 people and grew under Mr. Sundaram's leadership to 2,000. Clients included Merrill Lynch, Hewitt Associates, and Ford Motor Company from the USA, Allianz Insurance from Germany, Citibank (worldwide), Unilever from Singapore and NEC (NEC Corporation, Tokyo, www.nec.com, www.necus.com) An electronics conglomerate known in the U.S. for its monitors. In Japan, it had the lion's share of the PC market until the late 1990s (see PC 98).

Mr. Dentzer joined Intellibridge in 2003 and implemented the business model driven by government contracts with the US defense and intelligence communities. Prior to Intellibridge, Mr. Dentzer served as Director of Finance and Administration for Adler Media, Inc., a worldwide distributor of television documentaries.
