Airbee Announces Management Appointments.

ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Airbee Wireless, Inc. (OTC Other:ABEW), today announced several management appointments to strengthen the company's position in its target markets for short-range wireless voice and data communications, including licensing intelligent software and niche wireless applications in automotive security devices.

Mr. V.V. Sundaram has joined the company as Managing Director and CEO of Airbee Wireless (India) Pvt. Ltd. He has responsibility for all aspects of development and release of the company's software product suite for short-range wireless voice and data communications.

Mr. Sundaram spent the last 10 years with Covansys Corp. as Managing Director and CEO of Offshore Operations, Board Member of Covansys-India, Covansys-Singapore and Covansys-UK. He had responsibility for an offshore operation that began with approximately 50 people and grew under Mr. Sundaram's leadership to 2,000. Clients included Merrill Lynch, Hewitt Associates, and Ford Motor Company from the USA, Allianz Insurance from Germany, Citibank (worldwide), Unilever from Singapore and NEC from Japan. He developed an innovative educational support system to attract and retain the brightest staff and set the process in place for development of a quality track by getting ISO 9001, CMM Level 5 and People CMM Level 5 certifications. This resulted in a robust process to seamlessly integrate offshore operations with onsite operations and customers. Prior to Covansys, Mr. Sundaram worked for British Petroleum in Cleveland, Ohio for 20 years in a variety of positions covering systems, transportation, chemicals, pipeline operations, production, operations analysis, strategic planning and M&A. He holds a BS in Physics and Mathematics, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Finance and Operations Research from Case Western University.

Airbee's Board of Directors announced the appointment of E. Eugene Sharer as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Sharer had been the Chief Operating Officer since the company's founding in 2002. Richard Sommerfeld has been appointed to the position of Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He had been serving as Chief Financial Officer.

Airbee recently announced the formation of the Airbee Automotive Group as a wholly owned subsidiary and merger with Identity, Inc. Dan Nelson, founder and President of Identity, has been named President of the Airbee Automotive Group. He brings to Airbee Automotive Group 30 years of industry experience as a principal in auto dealerships and automotive security systems. Prior to founding Identity, he was the founder and President of Autosense, an automotive security systems company.

David L. McCartney has joined Airbee as Vice President-Marketing and Sales. He has many years experience in the wireless technology space. Prior to joining Airbee, he was Vice President-Marketing and Sales for Wavecom; President of e-tenna Corporation; Executive Vice President of RangeStar Wireless; Vice President-Marketing and Sales for Bosch Telecom; Director-Wireless Product Unit, Director International Business Development and Manager Strategic Planning for Ericsson; and Divisional Marketing Director for Motorola. Mr. McCartney has authored or co-authored three patents in the communications and wireless technology space, as well as authored some 20 articles in trade publications. He holds a BS in Industrial Administration from Iowa State University and an MBA from Lynchburg College, and is an active member of several technical honor societies.

Mr. James Dentzer has joined Airbee as Financial Controller. He oversees Airbee's accounting and financial control functions and comes to Airbee from Intellibridge where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Intellibridge specializes in collection and analysis of open source geo-political and economic information for organizations within the US intelligence community, military commands, foreign sovereigns, and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Dentzer joined Intellibridge in 2003 and implemented the business model driven by government contracts with the US defense and intelligence communities. Prior to Intellibridge, Mr. Dentzer served as Director of Finance and Administration for Adler Media, Inc., a worldwide distributor of television documentaries. Earlier, Mr. Dentzer, who is a licensed attorney as well as a CPA, practiced law in New York and the District of Columbia. He holds a JD from Pace University School of Law and a BA from Oberlin College.
