AirTran Initiates Service to Newark International Airport.

AirTran AirTran may mean:
  • AirTran Airways, a low cost airline
  • AirTran Holdings, an airline holding company
  • AirTran JetConnect, a defunct regional airline
 today announced that on July 1, 1999, it will initiate new nonstop HP's brand name for its fault-tolerant servers, which range in size from four CPUs to 4,000 CPUs. The NonStop line was created by Tandem Computers, which was acquired by Compaq, which later became part of HP.  service between Newark and Atlanta with four flights daily each way. With the new flights, AirTran will offer convenient connecting service between Newark and 21 cities through the airline's Atlanta hub. AirTran's flights from Newark will operate from terminal B, gate number 40. Newark fares are available for purchase immediately.
