AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc.(NYSE:AAI), today announced a sale with new discounts on ten-day advance purchase tickets. These fares are good for travel through October 23, 2002, and are available for purchase through June 6, 2002. Travel to/from AirTran Airways' newest destination, Milwaukee, begins June 19, 2002. Sale fares are not valid for travel on Fridays and Sundays.

Like all AirTran Airways fares, these fares require neither a roundtrip purchase nor a Saturday night stay. By taking advantage of these sale fares, travelers can save up to 35 percent.
