AirTouch Cellular Donates $5,000 to Northwest Aids Foundation; 40 AirTouch Employees To Participate in Walk.


SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 22, 1999--

AirTouch Cellular is joining the fight against AIDS by supporting this year's AIDS Walk AIDS Walk is a walkathon fundraiser that raises money to combat the AIDS epidemic. The funds raised from AIDS Walks usually benefit a local AIDS service organization (such as Gay Men's Health Crisis or the AIDS Project Los Angeles), which provide services and advocacy for local  on Sunday, September 26.

AirTouch Cellular will donate $5,000 to the Northwest AIDS Foundation through its Employee Volunteers program in support of the more than 40 employees who plan to participate in this Sunday's walk.
