AirRover Agrees to Wi-Fi Mesh Network Development Deal for Philippine Cities.

BATON ROUGE, La. -- AirRover Wi-Fi Corp. (OTCBB:AVWF), a Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) Internet access provider, announced today that it has reached an agreement in principal with YCOM, a privately-held, Philippines-based sales and marketing firm, to deploy city-wide MeshRover(TM) Wi-Fi Internet access system in one or more Philippine cities. AirRover's management is not aware of any impediment to its reaching a final agreement with YCOM and anticipates that a definitive agreement will be signed during October 2004.
