AirNet Communications Receives Additional Nasdaq Listing Extension; Company Has Until August 15, 2003 to Regain Minimum Bid Price Compliance.

) announced today that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel ("Panel") has granted AirNet an additional extension to regain $1.00 closing bid price compliance.

On or before August 15, 2003, AirNet must evidence a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share and, immediately thereafter, a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive trading days In Business, the trading day is the time span that a particular stock exchange is open. For example, the New York Stock Exchange is, as of 2006, open from 09:30AM to 4:00PM. Trading days never take place on weekends. .

In the event AirNet fails to comply with any of the terms of the exception or if the Company falls out of compliance with other requirements, its securities may be transferred to The Nasdaq SmallCap Market provided the Company is able to evidence compliance, as well as an ability to sustain compliance, with all requirements for continued listing on that Market. Otherwise, AirNet's securities will be delisted from The Nasdaq Stock Market Nasdaq stock market

 pursued its plan on compliance as presented to the Panel. The Company requested the extension from July 31, 2003 to August 15, 2003 in order to give its shareholders sufficient time to consider all proposals at the upcoming shareholders meeting.
