AirNet Communications Reaffirms 4th Quarter Forecast; Plans to Announce 4th Quarter and 2001 Fiscal Year Results.

, today reaffirmed its prior expectations for fourth quarter 2001 revenue.

In the company's third quarter conference call, it forecasted fourth quarter revenue of approximately $4 million.

"We are pleased to reaffirm our fourth quarter financial forecast," Glenn A. Ehley, president and chief executive officer for AirNet Communications, said. "Revenues in the fourth quarter improved nearly 100% over the third quarter."

Conference Call

The Company plans to announce fourth quarter and fiscal year 2001 financial results at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, March 26, 2002. Following the announcement, AirNet will host an earnings conference call featuring Mr. Ehley and Joseph F. Gerrity, vice president and chief financial officer.

The teleconference is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. Eastern time and is expected to last approximately 45 minutes. Those interested in listening to the conference call should dial 719/457-2728. For those who cannot participate in the live conference call, a replay will be available beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 26, until midnight ET on Tuesday, April 2, 2002. 2001 Annual Meeting

The Company also announced plans to hold a 2001 Annual Stockholders Meeting on March 8, 2002 at the Rialto Rialto, city (1990 pop. 72,388), San Bernardino co., S Calif., a residential suburb of San Bernardino; inc. 1911.
