During the Company's third quarter conference call, revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2004 was estimated to be in the range of $5.0 - 9.5 million. Based on preliminary unaudited results, fourth quarter revenue is estimated to be $6 million, representing an improvement when compared to the $5.1 million in revenue reported for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2003. The Company also announced during the third quarter conference call and in its quarterly report for the third quarter filed on Form 10-Q that revenue for fiscal year 2004 was projected to be in the range of $20 - 24 million. Based on preliminary unaudited results, annual revenue for the year ended December 31, 2004 is estimated to be $20.4 million, representing an improvement when compared to the $15.8 million in revenue reported for fiscal year 2003.
