, today announced that it expects revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2004 to exceed the upper limit of its previously forecasted range.

During the Company's 1st quarter conference call, revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2004 was estimated to be in the range of $4.0 - 5.0 million. Based on preliminary unaudited results, second quarter revenue is expected to exceed $5.0 million, due to higher than forecasted sales to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  resellers.
