AirNet Communications Corporation Announces Appointment of Three New Board Members.

), the technology leader in software defined base station products for wireless communications, today announced the appointment of Glenn A. Ehley, Susannah Tam, and Darrell L. Maynard to the board of directors.

James W. Brown (son-in-law of Thomas Marshall Howe) was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ehley, a twenty year veteran of the telecommunications industry, is currently the president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Mr. Ehley assumed the helm in August of 2001 and has led an aggressive restructuring effort focused on developing new business, reducing costs and conserving cash. Mr. Ehley, who has been with AirNet since 1995, has also previously held a variety of engineering and marketing positions at Siemens and Lucent Bell Labs.
