This order expands an agreement the companies have previously signed, which brings wireless service via AirNet's GSM infrastructure to four of Choice's Basic Trading Areas In the US, a Basic Trading Area is a geographic region defined by the FCC where a Personal Communications Service can operate.[1] It consists of the counties surrounding a city designated as the basic trading center.  (BTAs): Ardmore and Lawton, Oklahoma Lawton is a city in Comanche County, Oklahoma, United States.
