The first company to market a rugged external WWAN modem, AirLink continues to gain momentum in the marketplace, to produce strong revenues and earnings and to meet next generation technology demands for its customers. In the wake of rapid developments, AirLink's leadership team carefully sought out the right candidates to reinforce the management team and position the company for its next stage of growth.

AirLink's deep industry experience and commitment to the broad wireless data solutions market are built on an 11-year legacy of providing wireless solutions that truly work. The company's demand-driven, multi-tiered product offerings focus on three broad verticals: utilities, infrastructure, and mobile data. In addition to its technical expertise, AirLink's successful business model is based on its strong working relationships with carriers, dealers and solutions providers. Building on its core team of industry veterans, AirLink recently added three key executives to its senior management team to capitalize on Cap´i`tal`ize on`

Berman's discipline and expertise in client development, deal structuring, negotiation, and implementation are powerful additions to the AirLink management team. "AirLink is one of the fastest growing players in the expanding market of wireless data solutions," says Berman. "I have been enormously impressed with the product offering, technology solutions, growth, and strong reputation that have been built over the past 11 years. AirLink's technical expertise transcends our competition. I look forward to helping shape our future as we continue to define AirLink's leadership position in the wireless data market."

To round out its wireless team, AirLink recently added Justin Schmid as the company's senior vice president of corporate and business development. Schmid brings over 16 years of experience and a strong reputation in the wireless and high-technology industries. Through his senior management and director-level positions at Motorola, Novatel Wireless, AirPrime, and most recently, Sierra Wireless, Schmid has touched all facets of the business including engineering, product development, marketing, sales, product management and business development, bringing key experience and industry contacts that directly contribute to his strategic role at AirLink. "AirLink is synonymous with product excellence and dedicated customer support," said Schmid. "AirLink's industry reputation, integrity and can-do culture impressed me from day one. We're absolutely committed to delivering wireless solutions that work -- and enabling our customers and partners to realize the fundamental value proposition achievable with pervasive connectivity. AirLink is poised to seize a significant portion of the rapidly growing market for fixed and mobile wireless data solutions and I'm thrilled to be part of it."

In addition to Berman and Schmid, Nevanna Sacks joined AirLink last spring as chief financial officer. Sacks brings several years of financial experience in both the wireless industry and with large public accounting firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Arthur Anderson. "The AirLink team is exceptional. Clearly, the years of hard work have paid off in the form of solid fundamentals," says Sacks. "It's thrilling to see this all coming together and I'm very confident in our team's ability to continue to execute and succeed."

Revitalized by the recently expanded management team, AirLink has aggressive plans for the coming year including introducing the next generation wireless technology to customers, certification on all of the remaining national public networks, and deeper integration with solutions providers.
