AirLiance Materials Promotes Roscoe Musselwhite to Chief Operating Officer.


CHICAGO -- AirLiance Materials announced today that Roscoe Musselwhite has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The officer of a firm responsible for day-to-day management, usually the president or an executive vice-president.
. In his new position, Musselwhite continues to report to President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  David Sisson, assuming responsibility for all aspects of business operations Business operations are those activities involved in the running of a business for the purpose of producing value for the stakeholders. Compare business processes. The outcome of business operations is the harvesting of value from assets  for the company. Most recently, Musselwhite served as AirLiance's Executive Vice President.

Musselwhite joined AirLiance's management team early in the company's formation as VP of Marketing and Sales and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2000. His contributions to the development of the company as an industry leader are widely acknowledged within the organization.

Prior to joining AirLiance, Mr. Musselwhite was Vice President of Marketing and Engineering at Dexter Tool, West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Musselwhite's distinguished career has also included program management, technical and marketing positions with the Pratt & Whitney Division of United Technologies Corporation.
