Mr. Roman reports directly to Kimberly Miller, Regional Sales and Support Director, assuming responsibility for further developing and supporting the company's rapidly expanding airline customer base in the region. In conjunction with specially trained teams at AirLiance, Mr. Roman will be working with airlines and operators to develop strategies to optimize materials support for engine and airframe maintenance.

In that capacity, he helped manage materials support for noted operators including United Parcel Services, Alaska Airlines, Evergreen, and Polar Air Cargo. As a result of his experience working with major airlines, he has a broad knowledge of aerospace products from notable companies such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, McDonnell-Douglas, Pratt & Whitney and General Electric. Mr. Roman also worked as an Account Sales Manager for Airmotive Inc., and successfully introduced products and services into the market.
